Week 2 review

Weekly: 67 km         Time: 5 hr 39 min 13 sec

10% increment from last week. The pace remained fast with 3 sessions under 4.30 min/km. By Friday, i had already reached last week’s mileage. It was accompanied by some shins discomfort. I settled the problem with grass running. On the weekend, my calves were perfectly alright. But i caught a flu, telling me to step back.

What i am going to do this week will be stepping back my pace and adopt the same 67 km. I will observe my body reaction.
