Week 3 review

Planned: 67 km                    Actual: 12 km

My cough got serious during the week, robbed my sleep. I was feeling very tired on the day time. I totally put a brake on my training. With the Chinese New Year at the weekend, it’s a good time to recover. I totally put running behind the back of my mind and relax.
